BJJ Initiation


I have now the body I never had. Lean and strong. My polo shirt was straight cut. Now it is slim fit. That’s just from the warm up. I never got the chance to roll till much later.

Initiation demands. Back strain. Rib strain. Shoulder that doesn’t like a certain angle. Knee bust. Concurrent tennis elbow and golf elbow. Fingers that won’t curl. Wry neck.

Woa. But now most of that is fine. I feel pretty fit and strong.

That’s great for starters.

Next game. . .Boxing.
